Answer

A: Yes!  Just click on the SmugMug link on our home page, and it will bring you to the SmugMug page to purchase any photo that has appeared in our paper.

A: Our Editor, Abigail, would love to hear all about your event and work with you to see if it's a story we'd like to cover.  We love hearing about all types of stories, so don't be scared - send her an e-mail at AAlbair@TheValleyPress.net or call her at the office!

A: Absolutely!  Send it along to Abigail @ AAlbair@TheValleyPress.net or to our address at 540 Hopmeadow St. Simsbury, CT 06070.  We require an address and phone number be included with each letter so we can properly vet each submission, but this personal information will not be printed in the newspaper. Please limit letters to 450 words in length.

A: All of our calendar listings go through Sally.  Send her an e-mail detailing your event.  Don't forget the Who, What, Where, When, and Why, as well as your contact information if we have any questions.  Send it a few weeks out to make sure it gets in.  Her e-mail is SEdwards@TheValleyPress.net

A: Of course!  Advertising is a language all its own, and it can be confusing trying to determine the right size, type, and placement of an ad.  We'll help you set it up, design it, and get your business noticed.  Give our Advertising Director Melissa a call at 860-978-1345 and she'll help get you started.  You can also take a look at our rate card by clicking here.

A: Call our office.  We're a small team working hard to provide you with the best news possible each week, and we'd love to answer any questions, comments, or concerns that you may have.  We welcome your call!
